Windows Embedded Compact 7 CTP Print E-mail

Microsoft has released a Community Technology Preview for the replacement of Windows Embedded CE 6 called Windows Embedded Compact 7. Some of the new features are support for ARMv6 and ARMv7, SMP (symmetric multi processor , support for physical memory of up to 4GB, improvements to the various communication stacks, OpenGL ES 2 etc.

Henrik Viklund, the founder of AddLogic, has been awarded the title Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP) by Microsoft. Henrik is the first swede to get the award for his contributions and deep knowledge in the field of Windows Embedded. In all, there are less than 100 Windows Embedded MVPs in the world.

Power loss Print E-mail

powercordYesterday our webhost experianced its second power failure in a week. While the server-hall is supposedly hooked up to a backup power system, the power failure caused all sites and all mail-servers hosted in the server hall to be off-line for a good 15 hours. We're now back in buissness but if you've tried to contact us in the last 48 hrs and still havn't heard from us, we advice you to This email address is being protected from spam bots, you need Javascript enabled to view it again since chanses are the message got lost during the down-time.
